Peter Briggs, co-founded global3digital in early 1999. He has spent most of his working life in the City, starting as a stockbroker in the UK market in 1980.

He has been a director at W.I. Carr and at Merrill Lynch and has extensive international experience

Mark Hynes 
Non Executive Advisor 

Mark Hynes is Non Executive Advisor to global3digital. His role is to identify and report on trends in regulation and best practice in investor relations, allowing global3digital’s customers to remain in line with best practice and compliant with regulations.

Mark chairs the Policy Committee of the IRS, as well as working on several regulatory committees at the FSA, CESR and other regulatory bodies.

His CV includes 25 years developing electronic communications businesses at the Financial Times and the Economist, working mainly overseas. He trained as an investment banker.

Anjana Rajani  
Non Executive Advisor  

Anjana is a professionally accredited Coach and experienced Strategic Human Resources Business Partner (a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personal Development MCIPD). She has over 15 years experience working for large corporate international and national organisations. Through this experience she has gained considerable insight into challenging people management scenarios and is particularly skilled in the resolution of highly sensitive people issues. She works with businesses and individuals who want to improve their performance and progress to their highest potential. She is passionate about making a positive difference to people careers and businesses like ours.
